1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 007ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 007ph.cam. All accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed and associated funds forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

Your 007ph account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 007ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You must:

• Enable two-factor authentication if and when offered by 007ph;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

007ph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal suspension until the process is complete.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 007ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to inactive accounts. Any remaining balance after the application of inactivity fees will be returned to the player upon verified request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by 007ph

007ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, court order, regulatory requirement, or any other reason that 007ph deems sufficient in its sole discretion. Upon termination for breach, any funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 007ph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Any unutilized bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new registration would be required.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
